Pasco, WA to Meridian, ID

Just as we suspected, it will be challenging to develop the habit of updating this blog regularly.  It's so easy to get caught up in other activities...eating, visiting, eating, planning our routes, eating, swimming, eating, driving, eating, and sight-seeing...oh, did I forget to mention eating?

If eating is foremost on our minds, it could be because during our two days in the Tri-Cities visiting Robert, Jennie, and Brodie we were fortunate enough to partake of some very delicious dishes while we chatted.  Dishes that included some of Robert's always yummy cooking.  It's easy to get spoiled when he's in the kitchen!

Our stay at the Pasco KOA was relaxing...a sparkling indoor pool and hot tub plus the sounds of the freeway right next door creating plenty of white noise to lull us to sleep.

Our neighbors were quiet, considerate, friendly, and...interesting.  The Seattle band, Lady Justice, parked just across from us.  Check them out.  http://www.ladyjusticetheband.com   Old fogies that we are, we didn't even think about getting a selfie with them until it was too late!

While at the KOA, we were struck once again by the diversity of folks we meet on the road...people from all over the world and from all walks of life.  We relish these interactions and enjoy hearing the unique story that each individual has to tell.

After leaving the Tri-Cities yesterday morning, we drove to Meridian, ID just west of Boise.  Along the way, we just had to stretch our legs and do a little GeoCaching.

Here's Tom in a "Where's Waldo?" type of picture signing the cache log...

Tomorrow, on down the road towards Nevada...
